Terms & Conditions

Flower Delivery & Condition

We need to receive your flowers within 3 days of your event. Either drop them at our studio or arrange pickup within 60 miles of Chehalis for an additional fee. Please keep flowers in water and away from direct sunlight until drop-off or pickup. Do not place flowers in refrigerator or freezer.

All flowers accepted and preserved by The Dried Blossom Co. will remain our property until all charges associated with the preservation are paid in full.

Turnaround Time

Our current turnaround time is up to 6 months.

If there is damage, I'll contact you through email with the following options:

  • Continue with your order — please note if you opt for this option, the final results will not be the same as flowers in good condition, or there might not be enough flowers that are left that can be used.
  • Replace the wilted flowers with flowers that we will try to match as close to your original flowers as possible, or if the whole bouquet has arrived wilted, a replica bouquet can be discussed. This will delay your order as I would need to order replica flowers, which will also involve the additional costs of replacing your original bouquet.
  • Cancel your order. If you opt for this option, there are absolutely no refunds. It is the client's responsibility to ensure their flowers arrive with me in good condition.

Payment

A $50.00 deposit is required to secure booking. Ask us about flexible payment plans on any display of your choice.

If your invoice has not been paid in full by the end date of the final reminder, I reserve the right to cancel your order and recycle your flowers. Please only use an active email; sometimes my emails may go into your spam/junk folder. Late payments could delay orders.

We offer a 25% down payment option with up to three months to pay your remaining balance. Please be aware that your custom display will not go into production until the balance is paid in full.

Once you have booked with me, please ensure all contact regarding your order is made through email.

Refunds & Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable for any reason. Due to the organic nature of flowers, slight variations in colour and form are natural and not grounds for refund.

We do not dry every flower that's sent; we will pick the ones in the best condition. We have the right to decide which preservation process will work the best on your flowers.

Depending on which display you choose, we may ask you to send extra flowers, for example, a bridesmaid bouquet, to have enough flowers to fill the display.

Additional pieces can be added to your order once your initial order has been made. I can assess how many flowers/petals are remaining and we can then discuss appropriate additional items.

Pickup & Delivery

We only offer drop-offs or pickups at our studio in Chehalis. If you're within 60 miles of Chehalis, you can make arrangements for us to pick up your flowers or deliver your finished display for an additional fee. We do not ship.

We cannot accept responsibility for any poor results if your flowers arrive at our Studio in poor condition.

Flowers: White/light flowers usually fade faster than colorful flowers when dried because of differences in pigments, structure, and light sensitivity. As a result of this, they can dry off white, ivory, yellow, beige, or brown. This is completely normal and results can vary with different white flowers, the same variety of white flowers, and from flowers within the same bouquet. Products where color enhancement is included, white/light flowers will be enhanced as close to their natural color as possible.

After Delivery Care

Your flowers are a natural product and can change color with age. Keep your display pieces away from direct sunlight, away from heat sources, and anywhere that is humid or damp.

Please ensure your flowers are displayed and stored according to the instructions that will be provided when your order is returned to you. Once you take possession of your display we cannot be held responsible for anything that occurs with the flowers or the display.

I cannot be responsible for any aging, fading, or color change after you have received your display.

Liability

We cannot be held responsible for the loss/damage of your flowers while in our care due to fire, storm, loss of electricity, flood, mechanical failure or any other event beyond our control. Please note that liability is strictly limited to the amount of money that you have paid and no further compensation would be offered in these circumstances.

All orders are custom, no two bouquets are the same — no two bouquets will produce the same results, and the finished pieces will vary because of their own individual variety of flowers.

We have the right to publish images of your finished display on all forms of media.
